Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Meritorious Ventures covering your use of the Tap Arrow game and this website. By installing or using Tap Arrow, you agree to them.

CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: This is a general template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction before publishing — in particular the liability, governing-law and purchases sections — then remove these notices.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using Tap Arrow, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Tap Arrow with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Tap Arrow for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. Things you must not do

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works from the app.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the app.
  • Use cheats, automation, modified clients or other software to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt normal gameplay.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

Tap Arrow, including its name, logo, artwork, puzzle designs, code and all other content, is owned by Meritorious Ventures or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

5. Purchases and advertising

CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: Confirm whether the app contains in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising. If it does not, replace this section with a plain statement that the game is free and contains neither. If it does, this section must describe pricing, renewal and refunds accurately.

Where Tap Arrow offers optional in-app purchases, these are processed by the Google Play Store, not by us. Refunds are handled under Google’s payment and refund policies, and you should direct refund requests to Google in the first instance.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue Tap Arrow, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may stop supporting particular devices or operating-system versions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap Arrow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meritorious Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Tap Arrow.

CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: A liability cap is usually stated here (often the amount you paid, or a small fixed sum). The enforceable wording varies by jurisdiction — have a lawyer set it.

9. Termination

You may stop using Tap Arrow at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence to use the app if you materially breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: Insert the governing jurisdiction — normally where Meritorious Ventures is registered — and the courts that will hear disputes. This clause is unenforceable while left blank.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meritorious Ventures is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. By continuing to use Tap Arrow after a revision, you accept the updated terms.
